The winner of this year’s Crawford Award, presented by the International Association for the Fantastic in the Arts (IAFA) for a first book of fantasy fiction, is Vajra Chandrasekera’s The Saint of Bright Doors. The award was announced earlier this month, and presented at the IAFA Conference in Orlando FL last weekend.

Short Fiction is broken into Shorter Fiction (Novelette or Novella) and Short Fiction; Nonfiction is split into Nonfiction (Long) and Nonfiction (Short). New categories are for Translated Short Fiction, Collection or Anthology, and Audio Fiction.
Winners will be announced at Eastercon, to be held March 29 – April 1 at the Telford International Centre.
